Completed 101.3 of Clay Shooters Mind Mastery! I now have a better understanding of what "Trust it" or "Letting Go" means.  I have always understood the concept, but never knew exactly how to be able to do so.  Quiet the conscious mind by mindful deep breathing,  5-4-3-2-1, reinforcing this concept by regularly listening to the 20 minute hypnosis audio, and being mindful and present.

Recently I found myself in the "Zone" while competing.  I was shooting 5 stand, which I love to do. I felt like I was in my own little world, only focused on the targets on my menu. I was relaxed, yet aggressive. Taking a deep breath prior to each pair, and just shooting each target, although I had a dump of adrenaline on the last stand. Every break was center punched!  I ran that 5 stand! 

I find it easier to focus on the 5 stand, where you can blot out the people behind you.  This is harder to do in Sporting where the pairs are repeated (allowing my concious mind to be bored!), there are golf carts going by, people talking and watching.  I'm excitedly looking forward to applying the concepts I've learned thus far, and future concepts.  Thank you Dawn!!
