I have completed Lesson 1, Module 3: "Focused and Proficient, Skills to Get you There." I absolutely loved this lesson!! Four simple steps of the Focus Loop, to accomplish being in "the present" more frequently (because being present is where peak performance and the "zone" exist.) I truly feel like a new woman today! The beauty of the Focus Loop is that I'M IN CHARGE! I never quite looked at it that way. I started reading "Biology of Belief" as recommended. It totally blew me away! What a powerful, underutilized tool our Mind really is. I choose healthier thoughts. I choose love over fear. I choose my beliefs. I choose mindfulness. I choose my destiny. What's truly amazing is that our thoughts have a tremendous effect on our bodies. If you choose to shoot with fear of missing, you can be sure that you will most likely miss. If you choose to shoot with confidence and trust, that target doesn't have a chance.
