Anyone who has ever felt vulnerable, raw, or shattered has felt an emotion so strong it’s likely to bring you down for days.  Life is full of twists and turns, ups and downs, and all the in-betweens.  Life can hand you a bowl-full of cherries or demand it’s pound of flesh.  Sometimes, our bodies get so wrought with emotions, it wears us thin, making not only our spirit vulnerable, but our immune systems as well.  I have previously written about the many benefits of meditation.  And if you are a believer or practice meditation, you know it can do wonders for your body, mind, and spirit…however, not everyone has time to sit in a meditative state.  So these cool cats at PixelThoughts put together a quick pick-me-up.  It is a 60 second meditation that will set you on the right path again.  I promise this is worthy of your time.  It will put everything back into perspective for you to carry on with your day. 

You start the meditation by putting your problem into a big shining star, and then you relax, breathe and watch as you find clarity amongst the cosmos. Little by little the star and the problem begin to dissolve into the universe, and you realize how insignificant the issue is in the grand scheme of things.

As Wayne Dyer once said, “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” So, if you take the “big” problem, and see how “small” it really is, as it transforms into a star – you can find the lesson in the darkness, and shine brighter moving forward.
