February’s Theme is Love vs Fear
How can we acquire more hope, wisdom, and love in our lives that will ultimately lead to more joy? To try and delve into this further, I would like to look at what I consider to be ‘true love’, rather than the romantic Cinderella-story type of love. If we look at a deeper perspective of what love is to us as human beings, I believe it can have a profound effect on our life experience and bring us greater joy and peace every day.
February is the month for Love.
But maybe you hadn’t realized that Fear (sadly) rules most of how you think, speak and act. It’s time to kick Fear out the door and to experience greater Love!
I am here to help… in this video I offer a quick lesson on Fear vs Love
February’s Theme is Love vs Fear
Here is a quote by William Wharton: “What is love? As far as I can tell, it is passion, admiration, and respect. If you have two, you have enough, if you have 3, you don’t have to die to go to heaven!” I have chosen this quote because I have spent many years trying to figure out what is love. I wanted to learn more about it. I wanted to dissect it. I heard people talking about it all the time and there have been times in my own experiences where I was unsure of what it meant and if I should say it or not. How does a person know? That is why I chose this quote. It defines love so simply yet so significantly.

How often do you ever stop and look at how far you’ve come in golf? How about your life in general? In this particular article, I have pulled a self-suggestion from my hypnosis products that relates to the idea of “looking back” in order to achieve greater confidence in where you are today. I believe it will help you understand the importance of building, reinforcing, and strengthening certain kinds of healthy thought patterns that lead to better performance in your golf game and in life. You can accomplish this through repeating the suggestion daily, several times a day, in order to master the skill. The more you master the skills that I teach in your day-to-day life, the more naturally they will come to you and carry over into your golf game.
To have a resolution or not to have a resolution… that is the question.
Is it that time for you? It’s the New Year and some folks are setting New Year’s resolutions; others are so sick of hearing of them they don’t even want to consider setting one. Or maybe these non-resolutioners are “over it” because they have been there, done that, and couldn’t stick to the change. Whatever position you take, there’s no doubt change is challenging.
One of the reasons hypnosis is so popular is because it catches the attention of those striving to change, and who have likely tried many other methods first. Yep, they typically only come to me as a last resort, when will power and nothing else has worked. Ya, I could take that personally, but
Over the years, I have found that joy actually comes from acceptance. You can increase joy and decrease stress in your life by accepting yourself, your life, other people, and whatever situations may be presented to you. Of course, joy is quite the opposite of stress, or always feeling resentful, angry, frustrated, or guilty. You have the ability to experience joy in everything you do and every moment of your day. It may sound farfetched or impossible, but it is not. I hope this article encourages you and offers you guidance in your progression towards that reality, so you can experience the greatest joy possible in your life.
What does it mean when I say that joy comes from acceptance? It means that things don’t always have to be
As you prepare to perform in your sport, do you make sure to take care of yourself and practice enough beforehand? Does this question even seem silly to you, like why would I even ask? Well, in this article, I will go over one of the hypnosis suggestions from my golf-pro products, and it will help clarify the importance of taking care of yourself. It is also a self-suggestion, and that is why I offer it to you in this manner so that every day you can repeat it to yourself and begin to believe it more and more.
Phil Robertson from reality A&E TV show Duck Dynasty is receiving a ton of slack for making comments regarding homosexuality in an interview with GQ magazine. In subsequent statements he has called himself “a lover… not a hater,” and pointed out that “Jesus Christ was the most perfect being to ever walk this planet and he was persecuted and nailed to the cross, so please don’t be surprised when we get a little static.” With Christmas around the corner this is a great opportunity to address whether Phil Robertson is keeping Christ in Christmas.
Let’s flash back a few years and recall the popular acronym WWJD,
How natural does it feel for you to be present in any given moment, with complete peace of mind? How about when you play golf? Do you typically feel at peace when you are playing, or do you worry about how you will swing? Maybe you think you will miss a particular shot like you “always do.” You understand the importance of having a strong mental game to play well, but somehow your mind struggles to remain peaceful in the present moment. This is very frustrating. I completely understand that struggle, and I can really help you improve that mental skill.
When I envision success, I view it from a perspective of what overall true success really is. I am not going to advocate having more, wanting more, or a feeling that “I am only happy if I have more.” That is not the kind of success I am talking about here. I encourage having goals, direction, and desires for yourself. However, you must balance your desire for things with acceptance and appreciation for what you have now. To help you achieve that, there is an interesting mental skill you can gain—a balance between aspiring, having goals, and seeing the direction you want to take, and living in the present. This balance is crucial in order to be successful, no matter
