As I work with athletes in various sports, I see how performance is positively impacted by confident planning and execution. Now we can just focus on executing shots, or we can also apply this to other sports and to life in general. There are a lot of similarities, from the mental perspective, even if people do not think about daily activities in terms of planning or executing them.

As you do, you will acquire increased understanding, insightfulness, and confidence in your mechanics and mental skills over time. Practicing helps you build confidence in your mechanics, which 90% of athletes do, but I encourage you to treat the mental side of your game just as importantly. Practice the mental skills on a regular basis so you can reinforce them and be excellent on all levels when you are ready to perform in your sport and win.
