No Problem! 90% of my clients live out-of-state or even abroad… and I do a majority, if not all, of their sessions via phone, Skype or Facetime.
Don’t let distance keep you from getting a mental advantage!
I am ready to get started when you are… no matter where you live!
Here is some information on my sessions:
The essence of Dawn Grant’s work with Golf Pros and other top competitive sports icons, is reflected their earnings. Since 2007 Dawn has worked with well over 2 dozen PGA TOUR Pros, many of whom have won on Tour during the time they worked with Dawn. After seeing repeated miraculous and quick improvements with her Pro athlete clients, Dawn requested a professional number cruncher to assess the stats of her PGA Tour Pro clients. The results are remarkable.
When comparing several PGA Tour Pros stats from 5 months prior to working with Dawn to the 5 months after working with Dawn, the results seemed clear… 219% clear!
Check out this graph that shows an
average 219% increase in earnings for PGA Tour Pros!
Yes, it’s hard to ignore these numbers!
And what you don’t see in this graph is that Vijay Singh, who made an additional $2.5 million in the 5 tournaments after working with Dawn, also won the entire FedEx Cup Championship, earning himself a total of 13 MILLION dollars.
In only six events of the 2013 PGA season, Cameron Beckman placed 2nd on the tour mid-July at the rainy Sanderson Farms Championship that included an exciting ending. Beckman got in seven holes during the opening round Thursday before the rains stopped play. Back in 2001, Beckman won this tournament, the Southern Farm Bureau Classic, and he has made the cut each of the 12 times he has played there. By Friday afternoon he was two shots off the lead at 8 under to end his second round.
Having only two top 25 finishes in 2012, of 26 events played, it is obvious Beckman is using a secret weapon for 2013! Is it his new TaylorMade cap? Does he have a magic driver, perhaps a putter with a built in scope? No, what this PGA golfer has that has helped improve his game is Dawn Grant

How can you achieve a state of greater joy in your life? What if I said it really equates to having less stress, worry, fear or doubt? If that is so, then how do you accomplish it? How can you have it in your life on a regular basis? What is stress and Where exactly does stress come from?
Consider, for a moment, the most frequent thing you do throughout your day. If you are anything like me, then you have a lot of contact with other people; people with whom you have some sort of relationship. It is all of those relationships and your views on them that will
As a Hypnotherapist and Mental Trainer, I offer mental training with a hypnosis suggestion to help clients achieve inner peace and improve their performance. One way I do that is by helping them believe in themselves, trust themselves and have faith in their abilities. I help them change their perceptions and belief systems that affect their sport performance, as we identify the true underlying problems they experience in their sport. When we identify those difficulties and work on their belief systems, people really begin to see positive improvement in their sport performance.
What do I mean when I talk about your belief system? Your belief system includes your ability to trust yourself and your abilities, and your level of faith. You might ask: “What does faith have to do with playing a sport?”. There is a level of faith in recognizing that whatever is happening, first of all, is actually happening. It is not
There are many things golfers can do to sharpen their mental skills, in order to improve their performance. I have covered some of those things in other articles, teachings and sessions with clients as we work together, and they are all available in my golf products. In this particular article, one thing I want to focus on helping you with – that is so important to making good shots for any golfer – is the ability to be calm and relaxed. You must be calm and relaxed if you expect to hit the ball well.
As with other articles I have written, I will take a suggestion from my golf product and expand on it,
After years of education, private practice and my own journey, I believe that in order to truly have more joy and less stress, it is important for you to perform well in relationships. Did you ever think about the fact that you actually perform in relationships? This is an area most people don’t even consider, when they look at improving their performance in sports or at work or with their hobbies. You perform in everything you apply yourself to in life. The problem is that you don’t always put emphasis or priority on all of the areas in your life that are absolutely important. Relationships are one of those areas.
Most of us seem to just kind of take relationships for granted, and not prioritize them in the sense of needing to improve our performance. We don’t always apply our efforts to the best of our ability in relationships, or being the best we can possibly be. We will do it for sports, hobby or work, but not necessarily in this area. If we do, we will really see our joy increase and stress decrease significantly.
So what I have seen and come to believe, then, is that you
For success it takes perseverance, but you also need to have clarity, balance and energy first, before they seek to achieve peak performance. That applies to sports and life in general. In this article, I’d like to go a step further and describe the role of perseverance in achieving greater success. Perseverance helps
Do you commit to shots and feel like you can win? As you strive for peak performance in a professional sport, you must have greater peace, mastery, calm, confidence, and a highly focused energy, while at the same time maintaining a relaxed calm and confidence. These areas are what I try to help you address for the mental side of your game, in my work as a Mental Trainer and Hypnotherapist. You need presence, mastery and peace, and without these elements I would say it is impossible to have consistent good performance – let alone peak performance. You might win once in a while but it is likely that
