I actually prefer the Liquid version of this Multivitamin. But if you don’t think your taste buds can handle that, this is the next best option.
There is much controversy out there pertaining to whether multivitamins are even beneficial to us; issues regarding the casings, the ability of our body to even absorb the vitamins, the lack of value due to the fact that many are synthetically created in the lab, and, the fact that artificial colors, sweeteners, and preservatives are used.
Due to all this, it seemed like common sense for me to take a multivitamin which is made from Real, Whole Foods.
This product does include Iron, if you don’t need additional iron they do offer an iron free version.
