Forgiveness as a Spiritual Principle
The last installment of the virtue of forgiveness is all about applying it as a spiritual principle in your life. This past month, I have blogged about applying forgiveness into every aspect of your life, from yourself, others to your past and so on. Today is the final installment of forgiveness. The quote that I have picked out is by Reinhold Niebuhr and it states: “To forgive is the highest, most beautiful form of love. In return, you will receive untold peace and happiness.” By now, if you have continually read and implemented my Living the Virtues Series, then you have a pretty good understanding of who you are. You know the perspectives and attitudes you have in life. There is a reason why implementing this series into your life is so important. I believe that each and every one of us can lead a virtuous life. This does not mean that everything will go smoothly or perfectly in your life. It does mean that you learn the value of acceptance, or forgiveness, or kindness, or honesty and have the choice to utilize these virtues in your life.
When you think about your putting stroke, would you say it is automatic or naturally smooth? If not, would you like it to be? In this article, I address a way you can improve your putting stroke by using a self-suggestion from my “Perfect Putting” product. Using a self-suggestion or affirmation is a way of building a belief about something that you have the ability and capability of believing. That is why I have created products and information that will help you in your sport, and why I pull suggestions from them to teach in articles like this.
Forgiveness of Life
I’ve studied a lot of clients, family members, and myself over the years and what I have found is that most people have a tendency to not want to forgive life. Maybe you don’t feel like your accomplishments are good enough, or you chose the wrong spouse, or that you regret not spending more time with your children. Whatever the reason, the inability to forgive is carried around on this person and eventually a person cannot move forward in his or her life. How can you be the best you, if you are beating yourself up over the past? The quote that I chose to represent forgiveness of life is from Israel Zangwill: “The Past: Our cradle, not our prison; there is danger as well as appeal in its glamor. The past is for inspiration, not imitation, for continuation, not repetition.”

There are times in our day-to-day life when we experience ourselves acting or thinking in ways we wish could be different. Sometimes, it can seem like our thoughts are running on auto-pilot, and whoever is doing the driving is not the most qualified person for the job. These thoughts then lead to actions which we regret later. The reason for this is that we often have un-conscious mental and emotional programs running our lives. Maybe these programs are fine for going about our daily interactions with the world, but what happens when they are no longer helping us to live our lives to the fullest?

The results of a study conducted with the use of Wim Hof method suggest that a person can learn to consciously control his immune responses.
Wim Hof is a Dutch world record holder who is famous worldwide for his ability to resist cold. For this incredible invulnerability to cold, he was commonly nicknamed “the Iceman”.
Scientists led by Matthijs Kox of the Radboud University Medical Center in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, studied his method, which is somehow similar to the Tibetan Tummo technique (yoga of inner heat) and involves third-eye meditation, breathing exercises and cold exposure, and used it to train 12 volunteers to fend off inflammation.

Every cause of disease first begins with an imbalance in the body’s energy systems, specifically, the interaction between how the heart communicates with the brain and the body. Fix that and there is no disease, ever. The heart can produce an electrical field 100 times greater than the brain and a magnetic field 5000 times greater. Which one are you using to heal?
Emotions are vibrations which influence consistently our reality. We not only think and work our way through a day, meeting, assignment, but also feel and believe our way through it. The outcome depends on both.
Simply put, the number one cause of health is your energetic and emotional state. How you connect emotionally to your overall wellness and wellbeing is more important than any supplement, food, exercise or health treatment. There is only one cause of disease and that has to do with the energy and frequency imbalances that exist within your body. Rectify that, and disease cannot exist…it would be impossible.
Forgiveness of Others
There is an old saying that goes like this: “You can’t love another until you love yourself.” The Living the Virtues Series that I have been writing about is supposed to help you accept, forgive, and love. Last month, I wrote about acceptance. This month, I am writing about forgiveness. I believe that if you do not wholly accept and forgive, you cannot move on and truly love yourself and others. I have learned from observing and working with clients that you have to love yourself in order to see the uniqueness and accept that in others. The majority of the time, most people are doing the best they can with who they are. They do not wake up in the morning expecting to inflict harm or pain on you, but it happens. You must learn to let go, forgive, and move on.

1. Connect with nature
– Go for a walk in the forest, jungle, field of daisies, or wherever you feel like getting a connection with nature. It is possible to feel at deep sense of peace and oneness when you attempt to connect with nature. As you learn to connect and appreciate nature, you allow your consciousness to rise up.
2. Get your body moving
– Exercise and dancing will raise your consciousness by promoting healthy brainwave patterns, healthy neurotransmitter levels, and great circulation throughout your nervous system. Help yourself rise up and break the pattern of not exercising by going for a friendly walk with one of your friends or even going to the club to dance. Both examples are: easy, fun, and empowering.

What is Karma? Karma is the Sanskrit word for action. It is equivalent to Newton’s law of ‘every action must have a reaction’. When we think, speak or act we initiate a force that will react accordingly. This returning force maybe modified, changed or suspended, but most people will not be able eradicate it. This law of cause and effect is not punishment, but is wholly for the sake of education or learning. A person may not escape the consequences of his actions, but he will suffer only if he himself has made the conditions ripe for his suffering. Ignorance of the law is no excuse whether the laws are man-made or universal. To stop being afraid and to start being empowered in the worlds of karma and reincarnation, here is what you need to know about karmic laws.

Society dictates that we follow specific images projected by the main stream media, so why do introverts tend to rebel from these stereotypes?
Introverts tend to look within for answers versus having the need for societal approval. Often, extroverts will view the introvert as being antisocial, stuck up or as loners, but even with these labels, the introvert will stand his or her ground with complete disregard for how others perceive him or her.
