US Open Sporting Clays Championship
Did you know that Clay Shooting has been around since the early 1900s? We have the crafty Brits to thank for this game that has been described as “golf with a shotgun.” In fact, England held the first ever British Open. Since the early 1900s, Sporting Clays has had a whirlwind of recognition. It has gained popularity all over the world. Dubai’s crown prince just held a Sporting Clay Championship event this year.
So it comes as no surprise that NBC Sports Network recently taped the PSCA Tour. With this onset of popularity, a lot of my clients are ready and willing to be the next “Tiger Woods” of Sporting Clays. I make it a priority to attend as many events as I can and this year is no exception. I will be headed to the US Open in less than two weeks!
I am really excited to have the ability to travel there and meet all of the US’s premiere Clay Shooters. The Championship will take place in Columbus, Kansas from June 3rd through the 9th.
